Jason

Jason W. Brooks, CFA, PM - President & Founder

Jason Brooks is the President and Founder of Invico Capital Corporation (2005 - current) and is a Portfolio Manager to the funds currently under management. Currently, Invico manages approximately $90 million in assets of private equity investments and privately negotiated debt, with numerous investments focused on late stage private situations. Invico is focused on private equity and alternative asset investments and Jason is responsible for the assessment of investment opportunities on behalf of the funds managed by Invico and approves the commitment of investment funds. Having previously served as Vice President with Ernst & Young Orenda Corporate Finance Inc. (2000- 2005), Jason brings over 17 years of experience focused on private financings and lending to the numerous sectors including oil and gas, power and utilities and real estate both in Canada as well as internationally. In addition, he has advised on greater than $3 billion of private and public merger and acquisition, divestiture and financing transactions. Jason is a registered Portfolio Manager with the Alberta Securities Commission, is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and is a graduate of the Haskayne School of Business with a Bachelor of Commerce (Beta Gamma Sigma). Jason is also a member of the Board of Directors of Central European Petroleum Ltd., a Canadian based private oil and gas company with approximately 1.4 million acres of exploration licenses in Eastern Germany.

Bio Alison

Allison M. Taylor, MBA, PM - Chief Executive Officer and Chief Compliance Officer

Allison Taylor is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Invico Capital Corporation. She is also a Portfolio Manager of the funds currently under management by Invico Capital Corporation. Allison brings over 14 years of experience in corporate finance in both the private equity and financial advisory services within the energy sector. Allison has been actively involved in the assessment of investments made on behalf of the Invico managed funds and is integral in the ongoing regulatory compliance and accounting of the Invico managed funds. Previously in her role as Senior Associate with Ernst & Young Orenda Corporate Finance (2001-2005), Allison was responsible for managing and executing acquisition and divestiture mandates for mid-market utility transactions. Allison is registered with the Alberta, Ontario, British Columbia and Saskatchewan Securities Commissions as a Portfolio Manager. She is a graduate of the Haskayne School of Business with an MBA in Finance and a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with an Honors Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science and Statistics. Allison was a member of the Board of Directors of the YWCA of Calgary from 2008 to 2011.

Bill

F. William Molson - Managing Director

Bill Molson is President and Managing Director of Invico Energy II and Managing Director of Invico Energy III. He provides expert advice and assessment of investment opportunities. Bill has over 30 years of investment experience with most of his career spent at UBS Securities Canada Inc. where he acted as a Managing Director. Bill has extensive experience in assisting companies with capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions and investment related strategies. Bill is a graduate of Queens University in Kingston, Ontario with a BA in Economics. He is also a director of Aurora Oil and gas, an Australian company listed on the Toronto and the Australian stock exchanges, and a Head of Canadian Sales at Saguenay Strathmore Capital, a global alternative investment manager with US$2billion in combined assets under management.

Saunder

Alexander (Saunder) Van Dijk, CFA, P.Eng.

As Managing Director at Invico Capital Corporation, Saunder Van Dijk’s role is to provide expert advice, analysis, and insight on investment opportunities specifically in the oil and gas industry. Saunder brings over 25 years of cross functional experience and most recently served for Pengrowth Management Limited, the General Manager for Pengrowth Energy Trust (2003-2010). He has held various financial roles in the petroleum and real estate sectors including positions in Corporate Finance at Raymond James Ltd. (Vice President) and in Business Development at PanCanadian Petroleum Ltd. He has also held technical roles in the petroleum industry including various senior geophysical positions where he was responsible for evaluating and recommending capital investment for exploration and development opportunities in Canada and Internationally. Saunder has originated, structured or advised on greater than $4 billion of private and public transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, trust combinations, capital markets, capital investment, new equity issues, debt issues and all matters relating to an operated and non-operated asset portfolio. In addition to his transaction experience, Saunder has also spearheaded international corporate development initiatives in London, UK, and the Netherlands resulting in the establishment of key strategic partnerships and relationships to expand and meet corporate criteria for new core business and sustainable growth. Saunder is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder as well as a Professional Engineer with the Alberta Professional Engineers Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA). He is also a graduate of the University of Calgary Schulich School of Engineering with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

Bio-Jonathan

Jonathan See, CIM, CFA - Senior Associate & Portfolio Manager

Jonathan acts in the role as Senior Associate and Portfolio Manager at Invico Capital Corporation. He is responsible for assisting in the assessment of investment opportunities as well as the administration, valuation, and unitholder reporting for the funds under management. Previously, Jonathan worked in National Bank Financial's Corporate and Investment Banking Division, where he focused his time on due diligence, valuation and market assessments involved with equity financing and merger and acquisition mandates in the energy sector. Jonathan graduated with distinction from the Haskayne School of Business with a Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in Finance, and earned membership to the International Honor Society Beta Gamma Sigma for academic achievement. Jonathan also holds the Canadian Investment Manager (CIM) designation and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.
